Live Support sessions are optimal for minor bug fixes. This includes:

field configuration issues

Resolve discrepancies or errors in field configurations such as data type mismatches, formula errors, or validation problems.

1.

book your session

Select a date and time that works best for you using our Calendly©. If you don't see a date or time that works for you let us know and we can try to make something work.

Shortly after booking you will receive additional instructions along with a pre-session form that should be filled out at least 24 hours prior to the start of your session.

2.

fill out the form

The form helps us make informed decisions about what the best approach is for solving your problem. In the off chance that we cannot solve your problem a refund will be issued, and we will refer you to someone else. 

Additionally, if we think that extra time may be required to solve your problem we'll let you know. 

3.

tune in (or don't)

Once the time rolls around, join the call, share screen, and let us take it from there. As we are solving the problem feel free to ask as many questions as you'd like.

Although it's highly recommended that you attend the session, if you decide you're not feeling it just make sure we have the proper access to your systems prior. 

4.

et voilà!

Just like that your problem is solved. But we're not quite done yet. After the session you will receive an official type up that details the solution we went over during the call, along with the recording of the session.
